Hiatt's in the Congo

 I love to have little crafts to work on to pass some time! I found this paint by numbers of the Boston Temple and I got it for Amelia. She served her mission in Boston and speaks so fondly of it.  I started painting it and then decided I wanted to capture the progress of it.   This is after 3 sessions of working on it. Took me awhile to finish it because I went home, but I got it done!!

 So here is my update....I was so sick, I had to go home. Friday, March 29, I went out onto the job site and found Cory and just broke down in tears and told him I needed to go home.  I was not getting better and I knew I wouldn't here. He agreed and told me to go book a flight.  I came back to my office and looked for flights.  I was originally looking to fly out Saturday or Sunday but it saved me $1200 to fly out Friday so I booked it.  I told Blaise and Cory that and they said, "today is Friday" and for some reason I thought it was Thursday.  I had to go home immediately and get my passport and get to the airport.  Cory came with me and was able to sit in the lounge with me while Dona got me checked in. I just sat there and cried...because I hurt, because I was stressed and because I didn't want to leave Cory.  I made my first 2 1/2 hour leg of the journey, on Airlink, to Johannesburg where I had a 5 hour layover.  Having shingles around m...
