Sandbox!
Seeing as how we are basically on lock down at the compound the kids are quickly running out of things to do outside. Cory and Trent were pouring a cement pad for our new fuel tank for the generator and he brough extra sand to make a sand box in Sam and Amelia's yard for the kids to play in!
The light gray tank is the old fuel tank. It is being moved to the offices to be the fuel tank for the generator there. We are getting a bigger tank. Trent and Cory moved the tank (with fuel still in it because we use the generator more hours of the day than not), and then they poured the cement pad for the new tank. Finally the new tank was delivered and Darius, Lionel, and Cory got it set and working!
Cory went and marked out where the hole needed to be dug and then Junior, Jason and Ella spent the next day digging out the hole.

Friday, Cory brough home a truck load of sand. While Cory was framing the box, everyone helped get the sand to the box. We don't have any sand toys, so we improvised by cutting old water bottles and the kids loved it! They wouldn't let Cory leave, he's so good to get in and play with them! Jason got buried and LOVED it! When he came out, all of his pockets were filled with sand and he thought that was pretty funny!
